From earth to earth

Nature offers us endless possibilities to enter the circular economy by making sustainable and - why not - even creative consumption choices.
That is why we have come up with a series of natural fibre carpets that could be beautiful, but above all durable and regenerable.
And the coconut fibre, a waste product derived from the mesocarp of the walnut itself, immediately seemed the perfect material for the purpose due to its characteristics.
We wove it with the help of a hand loom and thus was born the first doormat called Re-Birth. Why this name? Because unlike traditional doormats, you never throw it away! Natural coconut fibre carpets at 100%

Don't throw it away, but give it to plants

 

At the end of its traditional use, Re-Birth of Olivo Tappeti should not be disposed of in waste because it can become a natural organic for your plants. Thanks to the coconut fibre, which is composed of inert which prevent the formation of mould and rot and attract fewer insects. It seems unbelievable, yet it is so: these natural fibre carpets will help you make your soil flourish spontaneously, without any additional products.

You can place Re-Birth in pots on terraces and balconies as light substratewill retain irrigation water for a long time and promote a gradual release of moisture to the earth, both in summer and winter.
Or you can use it as mulching in the vegetable garden, where it will slowly degrade while maintaining airy the land.
