Since 1982 Olivo Tappeti has represented the excellence of Italian carpets, combining traditional production with a contemporary vision. We design and create collections that combine selected materials, original designs and constant innovation. Our experience, gained in over forty years of activity, allows us to guarantee uncompromising quality, craftsmanship, tailor-made services and a distribution network capable of taking Italian style all over the world.

40 YEARS OF HISTORY IN THE CARPET WORLD
From a vision of Cav. Marcello Olivo, a company was born in the 1980s that was destined to become a benchmark in the Italian carpet sector. Today Olivo Tappeti is a solid and structured reality, led by the second generation, Francesco and Matteo Olivo, who continue to combine innovation, experience and passion for design. Behind every carpet there is research, organisation and a production method that starts at the point of sale and returns to the point of sale, transforming retailers’ needs into successful collections. An all-Italian model, where expertise, creativity and human value intertwine to shape a product that best represents our identity: a company that produces to sell.

Behind Olivo's Italian carpets is the strength of an integrated Group that manages every stage: from research to production, sales and distribution.
The beating heart is Olivo Tappeti, flanked by Olivo Pro, a division dedicated to B2B with professional and customised solutions with company logos, and Platinum Custom Rugs, the line of custom-made luxury rugs designed to please design professionals and furnish fine interiors.
One reality, four divisions and one goal: to bring the quality and style of Italian Olivo carpets to the world.
THE SHOWROOM
The Olivo showroom: the meeting point between product and experience
Our showroom is the space where the Olivo world takes shape.
Here the collections of Italian carpets are always on display and up-to-date, presented through our display systems and actual facing, to show the end result that can also be realised at the point of sale. Each area is designed to offer a concrete experience: touching materials, observing textures, evaluating palettes and discovering the most effective solutions for sales.
One part of the showroom is dedicated to the divisions Platinum Custom Rugs e Olivo Pro, where high-end customisation and consultancy dedicated to professionals meet. A dynamic and welcoming environment, created to inspire, train and build new opportunities for collaboration, meeting customers and suppliers.

our idea of sustainability
For Olivo Tappeti, sustainability is not a fad, but a real commitment that is part of the way we work.
Our aim is to offer a catalogue of Italian carpets increasingly sustainable: made from recycled, recyclable or natural fibre materials. Today the Energy 60% we use is produced autonomously by our photovoltaic plants, the 95% of packagingis recycled and the’80% of products is recyclable or made from recycled materials.
Each carpet is accompanied by clear labels and recognised certifications, depending on the item - Oeko-Tex, Reach, GOTS, SGS, AZO-Free and 100% Cotton - which attest to our concern for safety and the environment. Because for us, love and respect for our surroundings are not just a choice, but a value that is intertwined with our production identity.
